Armani Nieves
Armani currently works at The Carlyle Group within Investor Relations, combining a dynamic finance career with active involvement in diversity and mentorship. He is the Junior Chair of the Pride Group, and a member of the Black/Latinx Men's Leadership Committee at Carlyle, and a mentor with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity. Previously he worked at Morgan Stanley within Debt Capital Markets covering Consumer Retail & Industrials. A Fordham graduate, he was instrumental in establishing opportunities for diverse students.
Kris Alford
Kris currently works as an early stage venture capital investor at Cercano Management in Seattle. Kris started KnowTern in 2018 to serve as a resource for undergraduate diversity students. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University in 2020 where he also served as the inaugural president of the Gabelli School of Business DEI Advisory Board.
Leena Abdelsamad
Leena is a senior at Rutgers Business School majoring in Finance and Sociology. She is the Co-Head of New Member Training in the Rutgers Student Investment Managed Fund and mentors students through various on-campus organizations. This past summer, she interned at PJT Partners as a Real Estate Fundraising Analyst and the summer before at MacKay Shields as a Credit Research Analyst. Upon graduation, Leena will be joining Deutsche Bank in their Fixed Income Division.
Aarush Jain
Aarush is a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW), where he is studying applied math finance, and economics. He is the Vice President of Diversity at UW's Sales, Trading, & Asset Management Club and Vice President of Operations at the Wisconsin Consulting Club. He also serves on the UW Multicultural Center Business Advisory Board and was previously involved in county and state policy. Aarush enjoys watching Wisconsin sports and reading about philosophy.
Felipe Mola-Curi
Felipe is a sophomore at Rice University studying finance and neuroscience. He is on the executive board and is the events coordinator for Rice Business Society and an analyst in the Rice Undergraduate Investment Fund. This past year, Felipe worked in the financing team for Neurocamp, a neuroscience summer camp for high school students at Rice. On his spare time, Felipe enjoys running, playing pickleball, and watching tennis.
Natalia Kimmelshue
Natalia is an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, where she completed her junior year internship. She has also interned at Goldman Sachs and DCA Partners in sales and trading and investment banking. A graduate of Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business, she was actively involved in Smart Woman Securities and continues to enjoy mentoring students.
Jack Kimmelshue
Jack is a sophomore at Indiana University, where he studies Finance and Economic Consulting at the Kelley School of Business. He is a member of the Investment Banking Workshop at Kelley, and also serves on leadership for their Finance Diversity Program and the Private Equity Venture Capital Club at IU. Jack is a former student-athlete and D1 swimmer for Indiana Men's Swim and Dive team, and this summer he will be a interning at Morgan Stanley with their Fixed Income Division in their New York office.
